If a lead inquires about neighborhood demographics or safety, the AI will politely decline and direct them to official municipal resources. Violating these rules manually through our platform will result in immediate termination.
By using our automated follow-up systems, you affirm that you have obtained Prior Express Written Consent from your leads to receive automated SMS and email communications. LeadHunting AI enforces mandatory "STOP" and "UNSUBSCRIBE" protocols. We are not liable for realtors who import non-consented phone numbers into the system.
We do not sell, rent, or share your lead data with third-party marketers. All data is processed via secure, encrypted APIs (OpenAI, Twilio) and stored in SOC2-compliant databases. You retain 100% ownership of your leads. We reserve the right to anonymize and aggregate data solely for the purpose of improving our AI models.
Our pricing models are transparent and free from hidden usury (Riba). Pay-As-You-Go credits never expire and carry no maintenance fees. We commit to fair dealing and fulfilling all obligations to our subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will stop future billing cycles, but will not result in prorated refunds for the current cycle. One-off PAYG credit purchases are final and non-refundable once consumed.
LeadHunting AI provides AI tools to assist in lead engagement. We do not guarantee real estate sales or specific financial outcomes. We are not liable for lost commissions, regulatory fines incurred by the user, or API downtimes caused by third-party providers.
